A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice in Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
• Handle commercial leasing matters.
• Support real estate development and redevelopment projects.
• Work on complex real estate financing transactions.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction materials.
• Conduct and analyze real estate due diligence.
• Work closely with partners, clients, lenders, developers, and other transaction professionals.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Law firm experience preferred, particularly in a fast-paced transactional practice.
• Experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and/or real estate finance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
