Step out of the high-volume clinic and into a role where you have the time to actually move the needle for your patients. As a Home Health PT, you are the architect of recovery, helping patients regain independence in their own environment with total control over your treatment plans.

Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead evaluations, reassessments, and goal-oriented therapy visits.
- Design individualized plans to improve mobility, strength, and safety.
- Educate caregivers on home exercise programs (HEP) for sustainable recovery.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient progress.
Qualifications
- Active California PT License (Required).
- Home Health Experience preferred (but we welcome skilled clinicians looking to transition).
- Road Ready: Valid DL, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Communication: Ability to clearly bridge the gap between clinical goals and patient motivation.
