Adkins Electrical Services (AES) is hiring a licensed Journeyworker Electrician to serve as site Superintendent for our Commercial division. The project is in the Glenwood Springs, CO area, starts soon, and runs about 1.5 years. You will run the site, schedule the crew, and work with general contractors and ownership to meet project standards and deadlines.

What You Will Do

• Schedule manpower according to project needs
• Work with general contractors and ownership to meet project standards and schedules
• Coordinate with other trades to keep the project on schedule
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to direct electrical installations
• Enforce OSHA regulations and AES safety standards
• Train Apprentices at entry and experienced levels

What You Need

• Active Journeyworker Electrician license
• 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent
• Working knowledge of electrical concepts, circuitry, blueprints, and code
• Clear communication with crew, contractors, and ownership
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods in varying temperatures
