We are seeking a Massachusetts EEC Director II Certified Center Director to lead our licensed childcare and preschool center in South Hamilton, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Childcare Center Director, Preschool Director, or Early Childhood Education Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early education, developing strong teaching teams, building meaningful family relationships, and maintaining excellence in EEC compliance and center operations. As the Center Director, you will serve as the primary leader of the school, overseeing daily operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, enrollment growth, and program quality. You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant Director, creating a strong leadership team that allows for effective collaboration, operational support, and a balanced approach to center management. This competitive compensation package includes bonus opportunities tied to center success. Payroll is processed weekly.
