Responsibilities

• Consult with current and prospective clients to identify the right insurance solutions for their families and businesses.
• Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and address any concerns they might have.
• Manage and maintain accurate digital files for all client interactions and policy changes.
• Collaborate with the local agency team to meet our shared service and growth goals.
• Participate in local community activities to build awareness of the agency and its services.

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty Insurance License for the state of Alabama.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer service.
• Ability to commute daily to our Saraland office.
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and insurance management software.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.
• A proactive attitude toward helping people protect what matters most to them.
