Staff Data Scientist, Ecosystem Health & Trust
Grindr
Grindr is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to drive Ecosystem Health metrics and experiments. You will partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to define success, run A/B tests, and derive insights that steer product decisions while advancing safety and authenticity across the user base.
The role sits within Grindr's centralized Data organization and offers hybrid work from the Bay Area or Chicago, with in-office days Tuesday and Thursday.
