Production Operator Needed!

A growing manufacturing company in Haltom City is looking to add a Production Operator to their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement into a Shift Lead role.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr DOE

Production Operator Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery used in the repackaging process
Package cartridges into boxes for shipment
Ensure product labels and printed materials are accurate and meet quality standards
Monitor production processes and maintain efficiency
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Production Operator Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Interest in growth opportunities and leadership development

Work Environment:

Non-climate-controlled warehouse
Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures
Early morning schedules may be utilized during hotter months

Growth Opportunity:

Potential to advance into a Shift Lead position based on performance
