Manufacturing Technician III

We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician III to join our growing team and play a key role in assembling industry-leading equipment used across semiconductor, HVAC, industrial automation, and entertainment industries.

• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical assembly of production equipment.
• Complete sub-assemblies, panel builds, and control panel wiring.
• Execute final product assembly with a strong focus on quality and precision.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a hands-on production environment.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

• Experience in a UL508A panel shop environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9001-compliant manufacturing processes.
• Background in industrial equipment, controls, automation, or electromechanical assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasanton, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
