Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients throughout Winchester to discuss their coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.

Draft and present competitive insurance quotes that provide genuine value to our local families and business owners.

Maintain an active presence in the office to assist walk-in clients and provide personalized support.

Monitor policy renewals and reach out to clients to review their coverage as their life circumstances change.

Document client data accurately to ensure all records meet state regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our collective growth in the region.

Requirements

Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.

Confidence in managing a sales pipeline and tracking client interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with industry-standard quoting software.

Strong organizational habits for maintaining accurate policy documentation.
