Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops targeted treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within the established length of stay. Ensures documentation of care is clear, accurate, and timely, including goal setting, functional assessments, and proper billing. Participates in student education and contributes to professional development through continuing education. Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure, and complies with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
