Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; Weekends are not required. 2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. This role involves installing and updating sales‑floor fixtures, performing buildouts and repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. Key Responsibilities Maintain consistent communication with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability accurately updated. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete required forms, surveys and uploads before leaving the job site. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people); provide solution feedback. Use virtual software to ensure successful task execution and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies promptly. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Scheduling & Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week; occasional weekends and early mornings may be required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, or late‑night as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of field work in a rolling 30‑day period. Physical: climb ladder up to 10 ft, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel/crouch/bend and reach overhead. Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out and data upload. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience preferred. Installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planograms. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for data upload; navigate communication platforms independently. Must complete all training assignments on time; work collaboratively and autonomously. Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
