Branch Manager

Branch Manager – Greenville, TN Location: Greenville, TN – Retail shop Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime hours. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals. Promote sales, deliver excellent customer service, and nurture inventory levels. Balance expenses through purchase support and financial processing, including cash reports, charge tickets, coding, costing, pricing, and bank deposits. Maintain accuracy of back‑order, open‑order, and purchase order (PO) expedite reports. Cultivate and refine appropriate cylinder and hard‑goods inventory levels for the branch. Lead training for inside sales associates on product knowledge, company policies, procedures, and safety. Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates. Act as a bridge between employees and management, providing mentorship and guidance in collaboration with Human Resources and senior management. Background in leading teams within a retail or industrial distribution setting. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with material handling equipment. Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new digital tools. Self‑motivated with a focus on contributing to overall team success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Track record in the welding, gas, or safety industry. 3+ years in a role focused on nurturing team growth and operational efficiency. 5+ years’ experience in sales with measurable contributions.
