Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II$18.00-$22.88/hour + 10% shift differential1st6:00pm-5:30am Monday-FridayWe are seeking an experienced Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II to join a growing, employee-owned manufacturing company in Clinton, WI. This position plays an important role in maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and installing heavy industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a great direct hire opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install heavy industrial machinery and machine toolsDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issuesDisassemble, inspect, repair, and replace worn or defective componentsPerform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliabilityRead and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical and hydraulic schematics, maintenance manuals, and work ordersAssist with equipment installations, relocations, and modificationsUse hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipersFollow all safety and environmental proceduresMachine Rebuild/Repair Technician II Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read mechanical blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematicsExperience using hand tools and precision measuring equipmentPrevious experience maintaining or repairing industrial machinery preferredComfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environmentAble to work in varying temperaturesAble to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and work in awkward positionsAble to perform physically demanding maintenance work throughout the shiftPre-employment drug screening is requiredBenefits & Perks:100% employee-owned company (ESOP)Profit-sharing opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePrescription drug coverage401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysShort- and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insuranceTuition reimbursementCareer development opportunitiesFSA/HSA optionsCompany-sponsored events
