Warehouse Returns Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate for LG in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting warehouse operations by inspecting products, handling materials, maintaining work areas, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment and possess basic computer skills.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $16.50, After 30 days increases to $17.00 and After 180 days increases to $17.50.

Schedule and Hours:

1st Shift- Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

Warehouse Returns Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. 

- Open boxes and load products onto conveyor belts. 

- Empty trash bins and maintain a clean work environment. 

- Sweep and perform general housekeeping duties. 

- Unload ground and freight trailers. 

- Conduct physical inspections of parts, including: 

• Refrigerator doors
• Washing machine tubs
• Compressors
• Television panels

- Stack and wrap inspected parts for storage or shipment. 

- Utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks. 

- Scan labels and tag parts for return to shelf stock. 

- Operate forklifts to move pallets between buildings, when certified and applicable.

Warehouse Associate Returns Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. 

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. 

- Basic computer proficiency. 

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified is a plus.
