This is a part-time position: 24 hours per week | Full benefits included What You'll Do Asan IT Specialist, you’ll apply established IT practices and company procedures to support day‑to‑day technology operations, including: Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets Assist with the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance Collaborate with internal team members on IT‑related projects and initiatives Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency Support tracking of IT assets, system access, and documentation Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism Demonstrate and embrace the company’s guiding principles in daily work This role involves semi‑routine work with established procedures and offers guidance and support as you take on new assignments. The pay range for this role is $34.62-$43.27 per hour.
