Leasing Consultant (Entry Level)
Location : St. Louis, MO
Salary : $17-$18/HR + Competitive Commission Structure
Are you outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a growing multifamily community in St. Louis, MO.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management. If you have a background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Greet and tour prospective residents throughout the community
- Showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features
- Guide prospects through the leasing and application process
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Support resident retention and renewal efforts
- Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and outreach events
- Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
- Partner with the onsite team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Sales experience required (retail, hospitality, customer service, or other sales-focused environments welcomed)
- Leasing experience is NOT required — training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset
- Motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
