This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in July 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS/OCONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).The base salary range for this role is $129K - $203K annually, depending on geographic location and experience. The final offer will be based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing complex technical operations, ensuring mission-critical systems are effectively maintained, integrated, and supported in alignment with operational priorities and performance standards, that serve U.S. government missions overseas/the Cambridge corporate office.Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resourcesServe as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholdersPlan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirementsDevelop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areasOversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systemsEnsure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectivesReview work discrepancies and implement corrective actionsRepresent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetingsManage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirementsEnsure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirementsCoordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needsWhat You'll BringRequired Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in; Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree + 10 years of relevant experienceProviding overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:Work standards are formulated and enforcedLeading a C4I multi-discipline teamRepresenting the company in all matters related to the contractAssigning and managing customer projectsSupervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fieldsExperience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environmentsExperience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network componentsExperience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systemsExperience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faultsDemonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environmentsTechnical Expertise:Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalentCollaboration tools such as Teams and SharePointCertifications:PMPMust have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologiesTravel & PassportBoth CONUS and OCONUS by motor vehicle and/or air travel may be required; some overnight stays possible.OCONUS locations include:Aguadilla, Puerto RicoMust have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.Work EnvironmentCompliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.This position requires working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working under pressure and with strict deadlines, focus and attention to detailOffice setting:Primarily an office-based role in Riverside, CAStandard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.Background & SecurityEmployment is contingent upon successful background investigationAlcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract complianceBenefits & PerksWe believe in investing in our team—both professionally and personally:Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance401(k) immediate vesting and matchPaid time off and company holidaysGenerous tuition & training supportRelocation assistanceSign-on and performance-based bonusesEmployee referral programAccess to Tickets at Work, EAP, wellness initiatives, and moreJoin UsIf you're driven by mission, technology, and teamwork—we want to hear from you.
