Assistant To The Housekeeping DirectorWe are seeking a dependable and organized Assistant To The Housekeeping Director to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and service for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Housekeeping Director with daily department operations and staff coordination.Help assign tasks and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure duties are completed properly and on schedule.Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures are followed.Monitor housekeeping supplies and assist with inventory and ordering as needed.Address and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly.Assist with training and supporting housekeeping staff.Provide courteous and professional service to residents, visitors, and staff.Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Director.Compensation:$18Benefits:Direct depositComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO) packageQualifications1 year Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, healthcare facility, hotel, or similar environment preferred.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, cleaning chemicals, and infection control practices.Strong organizational and communication skills.Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.About UsAtlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
