Office Manager (Working Manager)

The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our administrative operations in Sandy, Utah. This is a "working manager" position, meaning you will be directly involved in daily tasks while overseeing the office workflow. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in Service Titan software to manage our systems effectively. This is an in office position.

Key Responsibilities

This role bridges the gap between leadership and hands-on administrative support to ensure the office "needle is moving" efficiently.

Primary Duties

Financial & Inventory

Overseeing pay apps, payroll, and AR/AP processes. Monitoring inventory levels and reconciliations.

Operations

Managing job entries, scheduling new jobs, and updating projects

Communication

Answering high-volume phone calls and managing internal group communications.

After Hours

Participation in the mandatory on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Software Expertise: Extensive experience using Service Titan is strictly required.
Industry Experience: 2-5 years of experience in office management or general personnel administration.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Drive, and CRM systems.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make sound judgment calls.
Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Customer Service: Strong customer service experience.
