Bilingual HR Coordinator — Distribution Center

Job Title: HR Coordinator (Distribution Center) Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to support day-to-day human resources operations and office management at a fast-paced distribution center. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to ensure effective execution of HR programs, policies, and employee support initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide general HR support across all functional areas within the distribution center Assist HR leadership in administering company policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives Support and facilitate employee training programs for associates at all levels Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience Promote and support a positive workplace culture, including Open Door practices and diversity initiatives Address employee concerns and elevate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution Participate in and execute HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned Support basic office management activities as needed to maintain daily operations Qualifications 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or operations support experience (distribution center or warehouse environment preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco
