Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN): Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong commitment to patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on telemetry preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Schedule

This position requires work during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Orientation

New hires will participate in a comprehensive orientation program designed to support a successful transition into the role. Orientation dates are scheduled regularly throughout the year.

Travel Requirements

This position requires candidates to be more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for travel roles. Candidates may need to travel between multiple locations within the region.
