Permian Basin Business Development Manager

This Associate will actively lead the regional salesefforts for oilfield productsin the Permian Basin including Midland/Odessa/Kermit, Texas, and New Mexico. Responsibilities will include customer visits, sales presentations; development and tracking of budgets and forecasts; taking a lead role in establishing and promoting value pricing and technical benefits while targeting key decision makers within the industry; and conducting solo and joint sales calls. This Associate will be responsible for ensuring that BMC is knowledgeable of all known and emerging market opportunities for both sand and other industry-based products within the territory. Significant travel throughout region and quarterly travel to Wisconsin required.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Five+ years of proven oil and gas sales experience
• Excellent networking, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills
• Work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and high ethical standards
• Strong Business Acumen with superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
