Program Associate
Ontario Trillium Foundation
Cellino Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is seeking an outgoing and dependable Program Associate to represent our company inside an assigned Buffalo-area Home Depot store. In this part-time role, you’ll engage with customers, identify homeowners who may need HVAC replacement, repair, or maintenance services, and schedule free in-home consultations with our HVAC team. You’ll also enter and promptly share leads, build strong relationships with store associates, and represent Cellino with professionalism. You won’t be responsible for quoting or closing equipment sales, your focus is starting conversations, identifying potential needs, and scheduling consultations. No HVAC experience is required, and paid training is provided. The ideal candidate is confident approaching new people, goal-oriented, self-directed, and available during weekends and peak store hours. This position also offers the opportunity to earn bonuses for each lead that becomes a completed job. Applicants must meet Home Depot’s background-check and badging requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
