Associate Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, families, or groups.

Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients to address various mental health concerns
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as grief counseling, clinical counseling, and group therapy
• Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their goals
• Provide crisis management interventions when necessary
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Offer telehealth services to clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in therapy and counseling
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for documentation purposes
• Ability to provide grief counseling and crisis management support
• Experience in behavior management techniques
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions
