Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate shipping and receiving operations for outgoing and incoming orders. Count, pick, and pack products of varying size, weight, and configuration. Use computer systems and shipping software (UPS WorldShip or similar) to process shipments, print labels, and track orders. Ensure all required parts and accessories are included with each shipment. Schedule pickups and verify orders are loaded onto the correct trucks. Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and stage materials. Construct cartons or prepare packaging to prevent damage during transit. Maintain organization and accuracy in inventory and shipping documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Computer proficiency required.

Shift: 4:30 AM 3:00 PM (MondayThursday) Pay Rate: $20/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
