Real Estate Portfolio Analytics & Optimization Manager
Boston University
Boston University is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Office of Real Estate to lead analytics across the university's real estate portfolio. The role designs and maintains KPI reporting, analyzes occupancy, NOI, cash flow, and market trends to inform capital allocation and asset positioning.
