Key Contributions & Growth

• Streamline Trade Lifecycle Execution: Manage confirmation, processing, and settlement workflows for fixed income and foreign exchange (FX) instruments across institutional, retail, and wealth channels.

• Resolve Operational Exceptions: Analyze discrepancies, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions for settlement issues, collaborating with Senior Analysts on complex cases.

• Deliver Strategic Stakeholder Support: Provide high-touch operational service to traders, portfolio analysis teams, legal & compliance partners, and custodian banks.

• Leverage Advanced Technology: Serve as an operational expert utilizing BlackRock Aladdin, partnering with BlackRock Solutions (BRS) to resolve workflow exceptions.

What You Bring

• Platform Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and industry platforms including DTCC/CTM, TradeWeb, Misys, CLS, and ALERT.

• Operational Knowledge: Proven track record in fixed income and FX trade confirmation, exception handling, and settlement lifecycle functions.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to independently diagnose issues, communicate the rationale behind trade breaks, and deliver results within market deadlines.

• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated cross-functional partnership skills across global regions, embracing diverse perspectives and inclusion.
