Minimum Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred. Client requires experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
