You will be part of the team to mentor, guide, and instruct technicians in the performance of progressive mechanical tasks in maintenance, cleaning, inspection, rework, customization and assembly of H125, H130, H135, H145, and H160 aircraft. *From building to servicing the next generation of aerospace, our team focuses on quality, productivity and efficiency. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. *Financial Rewards:* Competitive base salary, incentive compensation which may include profit sharing schemes, retirement savings plan and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) * *Work/Life Balance: *Paid time off including personal time, holidays and a generous paid parental leave program. * *Health & Welfare: *Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical (traditional and high-deductible health plans), prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages. * *Individual Development: *Upskilling and development opportunities through our global Leadership University, including unlimited access to 10,000+ e-learning courses focusing on ways to develop your employability, certifications, career path as well as the opportunity to participate in accelerated development programmes and both national and international mobility. *Direct and provide structural/sheet metal support for new helicopter completions and deliveries, STC development, aircraft training fleet or demonstrations. * Perform and lead troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to determine corrective action required to assure safety and airworthiness of aircraft. * Guide aircraft technicians and provide performance expectations within assigned area. * Ensure compliance with rules, regulations/company policies and procedures, such as but not limited to, FAA repair station, FOP/GOP, ISO, OSHA, etc... * Coordinate with engineering to ensure drawings, and work instructions are accurate as per aircraft configurations * Minimum eight (8) years of rotary aircraft experience, with two(2) of the eight (8) as a senior technician or equivalent * Helicopter maintenance experience * Airbus Helicopter airframe experience * Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English * Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) * Proficiency in SAP and MES systems used in Production of aircraft *Onsite or remote: Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. * Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms. * Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. * Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. * Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. * Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. * Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. * Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor. * Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. * Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. * Personal Protective Equipment required: Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site * Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. *Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license) Take your career to a new level and apply online now!
