BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure / Certification Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within three months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept specific required certifications. Additional Skills (required) Successful completion of generic and department‑specific skills validation and competency testing.
