\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machines and molds. \n
- Monitor processing parameters and maintain product quality using SPC/SQC techniques. \n
- Perform preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and process improvements. \n
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues. \n
- Maintain accurate production and process documentation. \n
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure efficient operations. \n
What We're Looking For

- Injection molding experience and strong mechanical aptitude. \n
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and processes. \n
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. \n
- Initiative, reliability, and a commitment to safety. \n
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work occasional overtime or weekends. \n
