Pack and prepare products for safe, damage-free shipment. Load, unload, and stage large, heavy materials for distribution. Verify order accuracy, product counts, and quality before shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow safety procedures and proper material handling techniques. Work with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals. What You'll Bring (Requirements) Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift 50100 lbs. consistently (team lifts as needed). Comfortable handling large, bulky products, including garage doors. Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
