Overview Technician 2 Working under direct supervision of the Team Leader Integration Center, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 2, Configuration is responsible for upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from moderate to advanced complexity levels. Responsibilities Performs moderate to advanced configuration jobs with minimal to no assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following Work Instruction Documents (WIDs). Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible, and at the desired version level. Provides assistance and support to Technician 1 as possible. Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned. Min USD $22.84/Hr. Max USD $28.89/Hr. Qualifications Degree requirements: Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience Technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create a document or simple spreadsheet. Strong knowledge of, and the ability to identify components and software used in computers. Advanced technical aptitude with ability to work in at least 2 areas of the configuration lab Hands-on experience with configuring computer systems. Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value added technology industry Technology reading comprehension with ability to read more advanced work instruction documents or schematics. Technology troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Good customer service skills. Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Connection
