Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives

- Ensure portfolio profitability and drive go-to-market launch plans
- Partner across functions to deliver customer value and support sustainable business growth
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years product management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in life sciences or scientific instruments
- 3+ years leading teams in matrix organizational environments
- Strong P&L management skills with strategic planning and business acumen
- Experience developing and launching new products from concept through commercialization
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and pricing strategies
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling proficiency
Compensation: $142,100–$189,500 base
