As a Co-Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the store’s performance, developing top-tier talent, and bringing RaceTrac’s mission to life: making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable.* Competitive pay and performance-based incentives* Promotion potential – many of our General Managers were Co-Managers first!* Leadership training and development that prepares you for what’s next* Operate with autonomy while supported by proven systems and tools* A dynamic, high-volume environment where leadership is hands-on and meaningful* Full benefits package – including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), PTO, and more!**What You’ll Do**Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team* Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient* Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching* Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example* Foster open communication and collaboration across all shiftsSupport Operational Excellence* Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability* Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control* Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in-store experience* Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standardsChampion Food Safety & Compliance* Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on food safety standards* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies* Maintain and organize required documentation for audits or inspectionsDrive Results Through Collaboration* Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance* Support team scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the General Manager* Provide performance feedback and help drive accountability across the team**What We’re Looking For*** 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership* 1+ year of management experience preferred* Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills* Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments* Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales**Must Haves for This Role*** High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed* Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)**Fueled by Growth, Driven by You**At RaceTrac, our people make the difference.
