Skyline – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – On‑Call/PRN Join Skyline at First Hill, Seattle’s premier luxury retirement community. This on‑call/PRN LPN position supports residents with compassionate care and assists the nursing team. Location: Skyline at First Hill, 725 9th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104. Pay: $45.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents. Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met. Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs. Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted. Maintain accurate and complete charting and record keeping. Attend meetings and trainings. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active LPN license in the state, in good standing. Experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Long‑Term Care preferred. Flexible schedule; able to work occasional weekends/holidays. Knowledge of DHS regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative approach. Physical Requirements May need to push, pull, or support up to 75 lbs on occasion.
