Restaurant Bartender/ Shift Lead

Job Description Job Description Job Summary * We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology. Responsibilities * Take drink orders * Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages * Collect payment and operate cash register * Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients * Supervise bar and floor staff, including managing cuts and break schedules * Perform keyholder duties such as opening/closing the venue and managing the alarm system * Handle escalated guest issues and resolve staff conflicts professionally * Oversee cash handling, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits Qualifications * BILINGUAL NECESSARY (ENGLISH & SPANISH) * High school diploma/GED * Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred * Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required * Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items * Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Excellent customer service and time management skills * Ability to work well in a team environment and * Strong sense of accountability
