Service Technician

7455 Trowbridge Road, Sandy Springs, GA, 30328 OVERVIEW As a Service Technician, you willbe responsible forinstalling,maintaining, and repairingfireplacefixturesfor residentialclients. Your role involves troubleshooting electrical issueswith lighting fixtures and fans. Essential Functions of role Install, service, and repair gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplace systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and ventilation issues usingappropriate testingequipment and manufacturer guidelines. Maintainaccurateservice records and prepare detailed reports outlining work performed, materials used, and recommended follow-up. Adhere to all safety protocols, local codes, and company standards while operating tools and equipment properly. Provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and meet established service timelines. Requirements 1-3 years of experience withmethods and procedures. General experienceasa handymanis beneficial. Experienceoperatingmidsize vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent isrequired. Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license.
