Recruiting Coordinator

This consulting firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help bring its hiring and early-career programs to life. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will help manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through interviews and recruiting events, ensuring each interaction is thoughtful and well-executed. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, responding to questions, sharing updates, and helping applicants navigate next steps.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare supporting materials, and assist with the review process to help recruiting teams make informed decisions.
• Organize in-person and virtual recruiting activities, including networking gatherings and candidate events.
• Oversee event details such as venue selection, catering, presentation materials, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Foster relationships among candidates, employees, and external contacts to support ongoing recruiting efforts.
• Assist with early-career initiatives, including internship and hiring programs, coordinating schedules and related activities.
• Maintain recruiting databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
• Compile information and prepare reports that help the team evaluate recruiting activity and program outcomes.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure contacts have the information and resources they need.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with additional projects as priorities evolve.
