Lead Substance Use Counselor - Recovery & Community Support

monarch seeks a Community Support Team Substance Use Counselor to assist individuals with mental health and substance use needs in developing skills and supports for independent community living. You will provide service coordination, education on mental health and SUDs, and evidence-based interventions while promoting recovery and harm-reduction practices.
