Your New Role As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of what we do: Install, test, and service plumbing systems, products, and equipment. Use your expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues. Educate clients on products and services, promoting long-term reliability and satisfaction. Handle repairs and replacements, including ordering parts and managing installations. Uphold Mink Plumbing’s high standards for safety, service, and craftsmanship. Licensing : Tradesman or Journeyman License preferred, or apprentice with 2+ years of field experience. Performance-Based Mindset : Comfortable working within a performance pay structure.
