Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Leave Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract in Folsom, NJ .
- The Leave Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration of employee leave programs. This is an HR data entry and leave administration support role.
- Key Details:
- Work Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Experience Required: 1–3 years
- Interview Process: 2 rounds (vis Virtual call)
- Job Duties & Scope of Responsibility
- The Leave Coordinator will be responsible for high-volume, detail-oriented administrative support, including:
- Receive approved leave information and updates from the Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
Accurately enter and maintain continuous and intermittent leave records in Workday's Time Off and Leave modules.
Process leave transactions based on TPA determinations, including:
o Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
o Medical Leave
o Personal Leave
o Parental Leave
o Military Leave
o State and local leave programs
o Other company-sponsored leave programs - • Enter leave start dates, estimated return-to-work dates, leave extensions, leave closures, and return-to-work information.
• Record intermittent leave hours and absences based on information provided by the TPA.
• Process leave-related corrections, adjustments, and updates in a timely manner.
• Ensure employee leave records accurately reflect TPA-approved leave activity.
• Enter required paid time off per policy, collective bargaining agreement, and applicable laws.
