• Required Qualifications: Valid State License (must be in hand at the time of submittal), graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, BLS-Certified (American Heart Association), Epic experience preferred, minimum of 2 years of experience, COVID-19 and Flu vaccines, background check for any hits or DUIs, 7-year work history verification, willingness to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing, 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate, must be aware of local rate adjustment.
