As a Hardware Services Technician , you will be working on a team responsible for supporting and maintaining the technology our clients use to run their businesses. The position requires you to visit our client’s sites as needed.

What you’ll do:
Travel to the client sites to identify and resolve issues
Help to maintain and support our client’s technology
Perform hardware/software installation
Provide advice and support to our clients and your teammates
Provide technical consultation
Image and repair computer systems
What you should have:
Experience as an IT Support, IT Field Technician, or any IT-related field
High energy and high level of curiosity
Customer service experience
Passion and capacity for learning
Technology skills and an ability to quickly understand new technology
Good communication skills
A polite, friendly demeanor
The ability to create basic documentation
Fundamental Windows and networking technical knowledge
A passion for helping others by sharing your knowledge of technology
