Facilities Maintenance Supervisor- 3rd Shift | Lockheed Martin

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift, you will play a crucial role in leading our maintenance team and overseeing the operations in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas.

The work Direct hourly reports in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with 1st and 2nd shift management and supervision to address any maintenance-related concerns. Manage timekeeping for hourly reports and handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and documentation. Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Manage and navigate union business, ensuring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) while overseeing employee relations.

Please note: This position is based out of our Stratford, CT location. This position is full-time onsite from 11?p.m.??7:30?a.m. Monday through Friday.

You have previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills. You are knowledgeable about preventive and predictive maintenance practices and have experience overseeing maintenance operations. You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with team members and other departments. You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to anticipate maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them. You are comfortable working during 3rd shift and have the flexibility to respond to emergencies as needed. You have experience managing union relations and applying CBA provisions to daily operations.
