Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Anchorage, AK. This position supports senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning, including portfolio analysis, retirement planning, and investment recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing client reports, participating in client meetings, gathering and analyzing financial data, and helping implement agreed-upon strategies. The Associate Financial Advisor will also monitor client accounts, respond to client inquiries, and assist with ongoing education and communication to ensure that clients understand and feel confident in their financial plans. Collaboration with internal team members and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards are core aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Investments , with the ability to analyze portfolios and market trends. Competence in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning , including development of long-term strategies aligned with client goals. Experience or interest in Financial Advisory , focusing on relationship-building and client service. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA®) or progress toward them is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to ethical, client-centered advice.
