Responsibilities Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum. Assist children with developing social and emotional skills. Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques. Communicate with parents and other school personnel. Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones. Qualifications A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem solving and mediation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
