Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Clerk / Customer Service

Representative to support daily warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory records, assisting customers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and other warehouse paperwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding order status and customer requests.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and shipment issues professionally.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with carriers when necessary.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may not be climate controlled.
