Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Care Manager

Schedule: Days

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current RN Licensure in Washington State
- Healthcare Provider Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Acute care nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Implement patient care consistent with established procedures and care plans.
- Identify and address patient and family learning needs.
- Document patient information according to policy and regulatory requirements.
- Delegate and oversee patient care activities effectively.
- Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Compliance / Notes:
- Requires ACLS certification within 6 months of hire and renewed every 2 years.
- Other specialty certifications such as PALS and TNCC to be obtained within specified time frames.
