PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN GERIATRICS (OUTPATIENT)
Location: Northridge or Burbank, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (No weekends, no call)
Position Type: Full-Time

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician with a focus on geriatrics to join a patient-centered outpatient practice. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a structured, supportive environment designed to reduce burnout and allow for meaningful patient relationships.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
• Outpatient-only no hospital responsibilities
• Patient volume: per day
• Dedicated medical assistant per provider
• Integrated EMR with AI scribe support
• Protected administrative time built into schedule
• Flexible between Northridge and Burbank locations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

PTO STRUCTURE
• First 6 months: 1 week PTO + 1 week sick leave
• After 6 months: +1 additional week PTO
• After 1 year: 3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick leave
• Paid holidays (no call or weekend coverage)
